Katherine Allan is a Founder and Principal Consultant for KSK Consultancy.
A regular speaker and panellist on Innovation and Transformation Katherine specialises in Digital, Change and Project Management, and has traversed multiple industries worldwide.
Her background has seen her work both in-house and agency side with roles on the Board and working alongside VC partners. She brings a unique blend of commercial and psychology to her work aiming always to understand the longer term change which can be achieved from a better understanding of your people. Outside of her consultancy Katherine is spearheading ‘100 in 100’, a female mentorship initiative to develop the dreams of the next generation of talent across all the counties of the UK. She additionally runs a Women’s Empowerment initiative and is regularly to be found working in partnership with those looking to drive forward positive change.
